Refund policy
Our Guarantee At Leo Crafts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at leorings@startmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Simply contact us with a photo of the item and we'll take care of it immediately.
Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Wrong Orders If you received the wrong item or your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
